Hotels

Kingfisher Bay Resort & Village has 152 hotel rooms overlooking lakes and bush land. All with one queen bed plus one king single bed, private deck, air conditioning. Rates are the same all year round. Hotel rooms are a single room configuration with no separate bedrooms and no cooking facilities. Facilities are available for guests with disabilities. All bedding, linen and towels are supplied.

Some 2 bedroom villas have a loft with 2 single beds accessed by a ladder, which may be unsuitable for young children or elderly guests. Please advise on reservation.

Stirling House

4-bedroom house can sleep up to 12 people. This spacious house has plenty of room for relaxing and dining, inside or on the deck. With bush views from every window the atmosphere is totally private and relaxing yet resort amenities are close by.

Need to Know

Kingfisher Bay Resort offer a ferry service departing from Riverheads. The ferry will drop you at the Kingfisher Bay Resort jetty on Fraser Island. From here it is just a short walk up to the resort's reception.
