Nicks A-Frame Cottage is located at Eurong Second Valley, Eurong Fraser Island. Close to the Beach, resort shop and hotel. 2 Bedroom cottage sleeps up to 8 persons.
OverviewEurong and Eurong Second Valley holiday homes and units makes a perfect base from which to explore Fraser Island’s unique World Heritage nature, unlimited sights, fishing spots … or just to relax. Nick’s A-Frame Cottage is located at Eurong Second Valley, Eurong Fraser Island, close to the beach, resort shop and hotel. This fully self contained A-frame cottage sleeps 8 people. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms plus a loft area. The main bedroom has a queen bed with a double bunk in the loft area. In the single bedroom, there is a double bunk bed with a single bed. There is also a day/night lounge that converts into a double bed downstairs in the lounge area. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining and lounge area with gas stove/oven, gas hot water, a big electric fridge/freezer (also a stand by gas freezer). Shower and toilet is in same big bathroom. Gas BBQ with outside table and chairs in pergola area. There is NO washing machine, TV or radio so you may like to bring a battery radio. Pedestal fans are provided and the A-frame is fully screened. No electric hairdryers, toasters, fry pans or irons to be used due to the solar power. You will need to bring sheets, pillow cases, towels and personal items (bring toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, matches, garbage bags), food and drinks. Also bring a torch. Provided are pillows, blankets, crockery, pots and pans. NB: BBQ not currently in use.

Need to KnowYou will need a vehicle access permit to drive a 4wd on Fraser Island. Practice safe driving through the various sand tracks and do not exceed 80 km/h on the beach stretch. You will only be able to drive 2WD vehicles around Kingfisher Bay Resort. All other parts of Fraser Island are only accessible with a 4WD vehicle. Check your vehicle making sure it is in good working order and take spare parts eg. radiator hoses, spare wheels. Bring vehicle retrieving equipment in the case of your vehicle becoming stuck in the sand. |
