OverviewHoneyeater Lodge offers, as the name suggests, beautiful bird life. Located at Eurong Second Valley, Eurong, Fraser Island, close to the beach, resort, shop, bakery/pizza takeaways and hotel. This fully self contained, fully screened three bedroom holiday house sleeps eight people. Two main bedrooms, one with a queen bed the other a double bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. A day/night lounge converts to another double bed in the lounge area if required. Big kitchen/lounge/dining area with gas stove/oven, a big electric fridge/freezer. Shower in bathroom and separate toilet. It has Solar Power therefore NO electric hairdryers, car fridges, toasters, frypans or irons to be used due to the solar power. Gas hot water. It has a washing machine but NO TV. Pillows and blankets are supplied along with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Everything is supplied except you need to bring linen, personal items (bring toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, matches, garbage bags) food and drinks. Also it is advisable to bring a torch.

RatesWe are unable to give a static rate for this accommodation. Please enquire by phone. Need to KnowYou will need a vehicle access permit to drive a 4wd on Fraser Island. Practice safe driving through the various sand tracks and do not exceed 80 km/h on the beach stretch. You will only be able to drive 2WD vehicles around Kingfisher Bay Resort. All other parts of Fraser Island are only accessible with a 4WD vehicle. Check your vehicle making sure it is in good working order and take spare parts eg. radiator hoses, spare wheels. Bring vehicle retrieving equipment in the case of your vehicle becoming stuck in the sand. |
