Essential Information

Drivers
Clients wishing to drive on Fraser Island must be 21 years or older and hold a current and full manual drivers license.

Bond
A $500.00 security bond is required per vehicle. A copy of a nominated credit card for this amount is kept until the vehicle is returned.

Insurance
Suzuki Jimny :

Excess: $2,000 Waiver: $25 per day reduces excess down to $500

Toyota Land Cruiser:

Excess: $4,000 Waiver: $40 per day reduces excess down to $500

Accommodation Information

You will be staying at Fraser Islands Happy Valley.  All guests can enjoy the fully equipped outdoor stainless steel camp kitchen.  Dormstyle accommodation available on request.

Happy Valley is located on the eastern side of Fraser Island, right on the beach, and is only accessiable with a 4WD..

The Aussie Trax Cottages can sleep up to 6 people:

• 1 x double bed in one room
• 3  x bunks in 2nd room
• 1 x fold out in lounge room
